Criminal County Court 1 (MA Court)

Judge Dan Patterson currently presides over Criminal County Court 1 in Dallas. Judge Patterson ran unopposed in 2014 to take the general election for this court. for another four years. Criminal County Court 2 (MB Court)

As of 2015, Judge Julia Hayes presides over Criminal County Court 2 in Dallas. Judge Hayes took the bench in 2010 after beating Republican Dan Motalvo in the general election. What happened to MD Court?
Judge Nancy Mulder only recently took the bench in 2014 after defeating Democratic party opponent Remeko Edwards in the primary. Subsequently, she ran without opposition in the general election. She has worked as both a district attorney and a defense attorney. Judge Mulder graduated from Indiana University and then attended law school at St. Mary’s University of San Antonio. Criminal County Court 5 (MF Court)

Judge Lisa Green is also a newcomer to the bench, having been elected in 2014 to replace Judge Etta Mullin. Judge Green beat both Etta Mullin and Trey Bunch in the Democratic primary before beating Etta Mullin in a primary runoff. She then defeated Leah Lucius in a hotly contested general election.
